Who Can Attend
1. This is a Members-Only Meeting
Everyone in the room will be a SocialMedia.org Health member. If you’re hoping to send someone that isn’t on your roster yet, they need to be approved at least two weeks before the meeting. Your friendly Community Manager can help.
2. Registration is Not Open to the Public
This meeting is private, off-the-record, and exclusively for social media leaders at major hospitals. All registrations are reviewed, and everyone will have signed a confidentiality agreement.
Our official registration cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend the event — well, we’ll miss you. We understand that things happen. You can get a full refund or credit toward a future event if you cancel six or more days in advance. If you cancel within two to five days before the event, we will credit you toward a future event. We do not issue refunds or credits for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows (including for weather and travel-related issues).
